Lovely visit very relaxing. The only downside was the steam room, it smelled of mould sadly. Hot beds were amazing and the massage was the best I have ever had.

Lovely spa day thank you. You listened to what I needed and adjusted treatment. We felt a bit lost when we arrived as there was no clear reception area and we wondered around for a few minutes until someone appeared. Also, the floor by the pool was absolutely drenched so our bath robes got soaking wet. Maybe just warn people not to put them down on the floor. It was fine as you swapped them for us straightaway. Will recommend to others and hope to return.
