The newly refurbished spa is just lovely! It feels very serene & luxurious.
After a warm welcome, there was no hurry to choose my nail colours (which I always find tricky - loads of choice!) while a cup of coffee was being prepared.
My manicure was absolutely perfect. Sarah, the owner, is so friendly & gave me great care & advice about my nails. I can't wait to go back.

I’ve just recently moved to Northumberland and have been looking around for a beauty salon that met the standards of my regular one in Scotland. I’ve tried a couple in the area but have been disappointed by the stardard of premises and treatments. It was with some trepidation that I booked the Secret Spa but I was very impressed with the ease of booking on the internet, the friendliness of staff when I arrived and the cleanliness of the salon . The therapist was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all of the products and treatments on offer . I booked to get my gels removed (they’d only lasted a week from my previous salon ) but the therapist tidied my nails, buffed and oiled them . They are much neater and I know I’ve found my regular salon from now on . Thank you Sectet Spa!

Had a lovely day, few little things, we paid for 90 minute treatments and only got 60 minutes, glasses for the water would have been nice in the relaxation area, and there is only 4 hot beds and with the spa being used by locals as well it was difficult to get use of them at times
