Starting with the massage chair was great. The staff were friendly and put me at ease as this was the first time I tried reflexology and I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I enjoyed the treatment especially the heated bed and the flavoured water. However I am unsure how reflexology treatment is different to a foot massage which I’ve had before.

We were met with a warm, friendly welcome from Sarah from the start. We were shown round the Spa facilities and any questions answered. All the staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was a burden to them. The facilities were amazing and spotlessly clean. All the treatments we had were so relaxing and both my Sister and I had an amazing day there. We will definitely be back.
