The relax room was noisy at times with people talking fairly loud, (not people in white gowns). Unable to use heated beds before lunch as being used all of the time.
However, the treatment was excellent. Food was very high standard, with very good choice, amount and taste. Very clean and helpful staff.
We enjoyed our day and felt very relaxed when we left.

It was a very good deal and an enjoyable visit. We had an afternoon tea and there was tea and coffee making facilities whenever you wanted. The sauna was broken and we were unable to use it. The pool was empty of people but the matting in the area was soaking wet and quenched when you walked on it.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. Had a great massage.
