The place itself is fantastic, food was exceptional, the massage was brilliant, we were told not to use the pool until 12-3 o'clock ? so all that we had was the hot tub and four hot beds, so a bit boring as the steam room and sauna room were closed, due to Covid 19.
I know it is not their fault but we payed for facilities that were not open.
If we had of known it would have been nice to have the opportunity to rebook at a later date when all facilities were open.But the staff were really nice.

Lovely venue really relaxing and scenic , Really good atmosphere and very calming. I had a massage and warming back treatment and it was the best place I have been too for a treatment, the attention to detail to tailor the massage was really great and felt so relaxed after. Really great Much needed service at this time with attentive therapists.

The spa staff themselves were welcoming and make you aware of the steps they have put into place to make you safe during Covid. Certain areas of the spa had been closed for safety like the steam room and sauna but nonetheless it was a lovely day and great value for money.
The pool,jacuzzi and heated beds were kept clean and it was so quiet not like other spas.
The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing and Carly put me at ease from start to finish.
