We havmd a lovely day at the spa and the massage was amazing, but we didn't have full use of the facilities as sauna and stream room aren't on at the moment. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly when we 1st arrived. We had time slots in the pool (12pm /3pm ) but we both had our massage in this time too and lunch so we didn't get much use from the pool. We also tried to use the jacuzzi but found children were in there in spite of the signage
