Great value for money. The best afternoon tea I have ever had, homemade and fresh! Very clean and comfortable, feeling relaxed by the cleanliness due to covid. Staff were all very cheerful, friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back.

Overall the spa itself was pretty decent, but there were a number of things which really let the day down, we didn’t have a relaxing day and felt that we were not given good value for money. Sadly wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend either!

Couldn’t fault the therapy staff and treatments were second to none. But felt totally deflated and intimidated at the ignorance and rudeness of the health club members who obviously had full use of what I thought were the exclusive spa guest relaxation area. A complimentary tea/coffee was given on arrival, but any more were charge extra. When you pay so much for spa day you wouldn’t expect to pay £1.50 for a t-bag ! Unlikely to visit again; pity as the therapists were excellent 😊
