The pool was lovely. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all fine. Lunch was bought in from The Running Fox - a local artisan bakery - this was very tasty and plentiful. However, the boxes were plonked on a table and the empties were still lying around a couple of hours later. Milk in the fridge was off.
The spa itself was fine - but lacked the luxury feel - no dimmed lights or soothing music in the relaxation room. Staff were more interested in their phones and chatting amongst themselves.

I book in with Sarah once a month for a massage. I’ve had them all. I keep coming back for more because of the incredible massages, the professionalism , the atmosphere, the way I’m looked after from start to finish in my time there. I can’t recommend The Secret Spa staff enough.
