Poor intro for a brand new client, very terse welcome and asked to wait ( ended up being 20mins into my slot) without explanation while a member of staff had a pedicure. Didn’t feel welcome and would have left if the appointment hadn’t already been paid for. However, Donna the therapist was lovely and so my bad mood was a lot better by the end and I have booked again. However, will see next time as the reception staff seemed to think their time and comfort more important than the customers.
