Sarah was fantastic at really working on those areas where you need it most. Feeling particularly stressed with work and carrying a lot of tension and Sarah helped me relax and unwind from all those stresses. Amazing, thank you.

The treatment and facilities were great but there were a few small things that stopped it being a luxury day out. No shower gel in showers and no spa slippers (would have brought toiletries and flip flops if I had known this was the case). Also the only spa I have ever been to where you needed to pay for coffee and herbal tea (ordinary tea was free) and wash up your cups yourself.
The lunch spread was really good and generous portions.
