Noise from screaming kids in the pool. Children coming into the over 16's area and using the heated beds. Swimming guests using area for Spa Guests, using tea/coffee and not cleaning up after themselves. Relaxation room has no soft music and is shared with dining area and kitchen so not relaxing. Afternoon Tea not set up, handed in a box. Not enough chairs for our party at dining table. Not a relaxing day at all.
Not everything went right with our spa day. We were wanting a relaxing experience and I don’t feel we really got this. Normally on spa days the relaxation area is only for guests on spa days however here you share the facilities with guests staying in the cottages. This would normally be absolutely fine but not on this occasion for a number of reasons and not enough space to write them. There should be a relaxation room completely separate for spa day guests. Afternoon tea was delicious.
Not very welcoming. Was initially peaceful until family arrived to use pool in and out closed patio doors taking all cups. Asked for lunch earlier as it had been delivered and stored in fridge but told staff would need to set it up as they had clients . Set up was putting boxes on table with plates and cutlery along with a glass of Prosecco (could have done this ourselves ) had to wash cups left by family. During treatment I couldn’t relax as noise from downstairs Will not recommend

I like this spa because it’s small and quiet.
All the facilities are maintained to a high standard and the staff are really helpful and welcoming. The afternoon tea was exceptional, would highly recommend.
