We really enjoyed our afternoon at The Secret Spa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and valued. The spa facilities exceeded our expectations and were scrupulously clean and well managed. Sarah and her team are very professional, caring and skilled and we really enjoyed the facial. We can't wait to return. Thank you

The spa is nice and it was a lovely treatment
The pre spa day information gathering could have been better as we weren’t asked regarding choices for treatment and food options beforehand
A number of “local” facilities users were rude - complaining that there were too many day visitors and that there wasn’t room for them on beds and in changing rooms
We have booked again and have given all of our requests at point of booking
Hopefully the rude regulars won’t be upset by the visitors
