Julie discussed with me what I wanted to get out of the massage, then set about achieving it. She talked me through it and kept checking I was ok. It was a hard massage but exactly what I needed. I had terrible knotting and a really tight back. It has eased off a lot since and I'm looking forward to a more gentle massage next time. Already booked in!
