I’ve been going to the Secret Spa for years and it’s good value for money with the bonus of a Running Fox afternoon tea. However, I was booked for 2 x 30 min treatments but you never really get your full 30 mins, I was left to get ready at the start of my first treatment and the therapist was away 10 minutes, I was left for another 5 minutes during my massage, and after my facial I was left to relax, so you lose 5 minutes there too. A private space to eat on a spa day would be much better too.
