From professional phone call to Spa Reception right through to end of treatments was taken care of in every way possible.
Lunch from Running Fox was varied and delicious. Therapist Jenny was amazing at explaining the Treatment. The warm mud treatment was great to detox my liver as have Primary Biliary Cholangitis. Drank plenty of fluids as suggested by Jenny and overnight my urine was dark brown meaning clearing out toxins. Felt full of energy the following days..

Sarah was calm, professional but empathic in her massage delivery. She took great care to support my tender shoulder and arm. She provided a rolled towel to support my problem neck and even put my base layer on the radiator to warm thro for when the session would finish. She listened to me. A great gift. Thank very much.
