I asked the hairdresser for layers for volume, dry cut. Once it was done I explained that it looked too blocky and like there was a step in my hair. She said that once i style it should be fine and to come back it I’m not happy. 2 weeks later and after trying to style it; when I leave it natural or blow dry it the step is still very obvious. I was annoyed that she didn’t fix it there and then when I knew what the problem was. I was a regular client there as it wasmy local but was not happy
