Double standards. Incompetent hairdressers that can’t find a solution but can find you an excuse yet have the cheek to charge extra because you have something they lacking. Customer Service was ridiculous the fact I had to be squeezed just so they don’t lose money never mind what the customer wants oh no it’s all about them. Brushes are dirty where they don’t clean them but have time to walk around watching people I mean I didn’t know your hiring models. Blow dry was a waste of my time.
