I booked via Treatwell, appointment was confirmed, I received reminders, I took time out of my working day, I arrived on time, only to find that "they don't accept Treatwell appointments". Couldn't have the appointment and apart from offering me a slot hours later (which I couldn't do because I'd already taken time out of my day), nothing else was done.
