I booked via treatwell & paid in-advance for restyling& advice. I was called twice to change the booking time. When I eventually met my stylist there was no hello, how are you etc which you would expect from your stylist before your hair cut. No banter or conversation at all. There was no acknowledgement of the service which I’d paid £65 for. I was misssold as no recommendations, no face shape hair type, hair style advice as per the advertisement. It was very boring experience and waste of ££.

Great experience at TSC Maltings! First time meeting Shukti and I will most definitely be back - I've found my new hairdresser! I love my hair and had a great overall experience. I also appreciated that social distancing and wearing masks was complied with, as I have not found that at all salons. 10/10 would recommend!
