We had a fab time at Pilates with Serena she really pushed us, but in a good way! Halfway through, the main lights switched off, leaving just the lights behind the mirrors on. We actually enjoyed it much more with only the mirror lights; the main lights feel a bit too strong, whereas the mirror lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. Overall, everything was fab it was just the bright lights that we found a bit overpowering! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bria Francis for chiropractic care and the experience has been excellent. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to actually understand what’s going on instead of rushing through an appointment. I noticed improvement after my first few visits, and I really appreciate how she explains the why behind the treatment. The space at The Respark Clinic is camling, modern and has great service. Plus my result has been positive.

I was a little nervous trying reformer Pilates for the first time, but the experience at The Respark Clinic was so welcoming. The instructor made sure I felt comfortable and guided me through everything clearly. The space itself is clean, calming, and not overwhelming.
