I stopped by The Respark Clinic and was immediately impressed by the space and the level of care shown even before booking anything. The clinic is beautiful, calm, and very thoughtfully designed, and the service was warm and professional from the moment I walked in. It felt intentional and welcoming, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my first appointment.
I recently visited the respark clinic to attend a reformer’s Pilates class. I was a bit anxious, as I was a beginner , as well as going to a new place. Upon entering the clinic, I was welcomed by staff and surrounded by the clinic’s beautiful, clean aesthetic. The rerfomers room was gorgeous , I had to get a cheeky pic in there!
The class was well instructed , I felt very comfortable being a beginner. The instructor also noted that their classes are specialised to be spine friendly , which is a plus.
I am now looking into additional treatments at the Respark clinic, as I really want to invest in my health this year.

Most importantly, I feel so much better after my treatment — both physically and mentally. The difference has been noticeable, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Respark Clinic to anyone considering their services. Absolutely top-class experience.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bria Francis for chiropractic care and the experience has been excellent. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to actually understand what’s going on instead of rushing through an appointment. I noticed improvement after my first few visits, and I really appreciate how she explains the why behind the treatment. The space at The Respark Clinic is camling, modern and has great service. Plus my result has been positive.
