I was a little nervous trying reformer Pilates for the first time, but the experience at The Respark Clinic was so welcoming. The instructor made sure I felt comfortable and guided me through everything clearly. The space itself is clean, calming, and not overwhelming. Highly recommend for anyone new to Pilates or looking for a supportive environment.

🤩 WOW! I’ve attended a few classes with the reformer teacher Kimberly (hope I spelled this right ) and I am impressed and so grateful that this clinic was my first introduction to reformer Pilates . ReSpark clinic is a beautiful accommodating space , attentive to all who walk in, I was greeted with a smile and offer a seat and whatever. It’s such a peaceful space and gives the feeling of sacredness, you’re first asked to remove your shoes and given a space to store them along with any outerwear. There’s a beautiful waiting area filled with water. I also got my first lymphatic draining massage from ReSpark clinic and enjoyed the masseuses knowledge. The following days after my massage WOW my body felt achy and tired which only indicates a really good activation of my lymphatic flow from the massage, I really didn’t expect this. I’m looking forward to more reformer Pilates here and hoping to join the clinics lead doctors patient list for chiropractic care . Thank you team.

Honestly low key want to gate keep this place but Dr Bria is not your average chiropractor. She doesn’t crack your spine like other chiropractors. Literally was not able to breathe properly before and I’m now able to take full breaths. Also a really fab clinic.

We had a fab time at Pilates with Serena she really pushed us, but in a good way! Halfway through, the main lights switched off, leaving just the lights behind the mirrors on. We actually enjoyed it much more with only the mirror lights; the main lights feel a bit too strong, whereas the mirror lighting creates a lovely atmosphere. Overall, everything was fab it was just the bright lights that we found a bit overpowering! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had both chiropractic treatment and Pilates sessions here and the quality of care is genuinely excellent. Everything feels intentional, from the calm welcoming space to the way things are clearly explained so you understand what’s happening and why. The Pilates sessions are challenging in a really positive way, and the treatments leave you feeling aligned, supported and properly looked after. If you’re looking for somewhere that truly cares about your long-term health and not just quick fixes, I’d highly recommend.
