Room was noisy poor window insulation and overlooked a neighboring restaurant/bar. Room fittings were dated which applies for much of the hotel.
Restaurant was distinctly average with slow food, cold food and average flavour.
All in all it’s an overpriced hotel. Stay slightly further out of town, have a walk and benefit from a cheaper and more enjoyable stay elsewhere.
The spa treatments were excellent however the reception staff and the staff in the lounge (serving our cream tea) were not very efficient or coordinated. The masseur however was top- notch.
A lovely hotel with a wonderful spa! The facilities were great just lacked a relaxation room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall a wonderful day can’t wait to book again.
The therapists were fab but the spa is until and no pool so a lot of money compared to other deals where the facilities can be enjoyed for longer
The staff are the best I’ve experienced - thank you so much for looking after me. I find the spa small and a little bit outdated.
