Every time I’ve booked here I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes, if not up to an hour. Great service when done but a bit stressful when you book a specific time for a reason and that cant be adhered to.

My therapist had quite long nails which dug into me whilst she was painting my nails. Her hair was also touching my feet/nail polish whilst she was bending over painting them which I didn’t really appreciate. I did tell her on both counts but no attempt was made to adjust.
