This is my 2nd time at pharm for a gel medicure w/ Melissa, (asian lady). The first time Melissa was excellent and left very happy and my boyfriend convinced to me keep using the pharm, This time Melissa was OK. My small toe was cut too deep with the cuticles and was bleeding. Melissa knew this as she tried to stop it from bleeding further. It was only when I got home that I really noticed that it was quite bad and continues to bleed when trying to clean it. I think she was too heavy handed.
