Being completely new to waxing I was a bit nervous of the process and how painful it would be. But Natalia was really reassuring, professional and confident in her skills which made the experience more bearable for sure! Although definitely painful as it was my first time I felt in good hands with Natalia and she was very efficient and thorough. Definitely recommended!

I did not enjoy this massage at all, no introduction from the masseur at all and very disappointing experience overall. The room itself was very basic. Will not be returning.
