Everytime I go for a treatment they make me feel like I’m bothering them, not welcome at all, they give no explanation of what the products are or what they are doing and I always have to wait even if no other clients are there. I don’t understand why

Lovely therapist. But the treatment was a bit weird. I came to relax but the lights were on so brightly I had to squint, there was a shortage of staff so the therapist left halfway through to do other tasks. A lot of faff and not enough actual treatment. Bits of paper on my eyes kept falling off, I can't relax like that. Very expensive for a mediocre treatment. The facial was good but the atmosphere ruined the whole thing. Please leave the customer to relax, a little too much talking. Sorry.
