Absolutely terrible experience, my eyebrows now do not match one another and so much hair was waxed off, I asked for a refund and was told that it was not possible as I could not provide proof of what they looked like before! I would avoid visiting this salon at all costs!!! Really terrible experience, I have had my eyebrows done for a number of years now and have never had such a horrible experience.

The venue could do with a revamp, kind of cheaply domy bikini was slytly desapointing as not centered but only realized after.
The thecnician was friendly enough and made me feel comfortable.
