Terrible experience. I showed up and was berated for my hair not being long enough (allegedly you have to grow out for 5 weeks…), told off for booking via Treatwell- because I had already paid, rather than refund me, she did the wax anyway, left me covered in wax burns (particularly in the armpits) and left covered in wax residue. A thoroughly unpleasant experience, which left me covered in painful marks all throughout my holiday which I went on the following day. Truly awful, do not book here.
