Claire is a very kind person and I enjoyed her costumer service but I am not satisfied with the result of my wax appointment. I intended to leave with almost no noticeable hairs on my body and with skin as smooth as possible, but the result was disappointing. My skin is pretty rough where she waxed it and there are still a lot of visible hairs on my body.

Really lovely eyebrow shaping appointment. Sian was very gentle I had no redness or discomfort at all and I’m very happy with the way my eyebrows look.
