More interested in selling me electrolysis than getting on with what I was there for,she told me she has been there for at least 20 years so definitely not lacking in knowledge or experience.Eyebrow wax was perfect however she missed most of the hair on my chin and jawline!When she showed me it was hard to see initially as I’d had a bright light in my face and my skin was pink when I got home,my family were shocked and didn’t believe I’d even had the area waxed and did it for me!Partial refund.
