First time. Nice experience. The setup out the back with the massage room is very unique. Room was nice but I just came from the cold and the room was cold. I don't like to get undressed in a cold room (hence 3 stars). However therapist was friendly and accomodating and gave me an extra cover & heated blanket! The therapist listened to my needs and massaged the areas I felt needed the most. This IS a full body massage, unlike some "full body's" that only massage your back&legs. Would go again.
