Fayza was excellent in delivering the facial treatment, she even gave me a nice head massage while waiting for the steam process to finish. I feel a whole world of difference after each session I have in Orchid Beckenham. Highly recommended. 5*

PLEASE READ!!!!
I went for a normal manicure (with natural polish) and it was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had! They left the filing dust on my nails and painted over it. She then painted on the chosen color which was far too pink for my liking but they didn’t have the color I was looking for even though they’ve had it the time before and when I explained it was too pink she removed it and left the nail varnish around the rim of my nails. Worst manicure ever!!!! Do not ever going here!
