Worst facial ever! Lady was very sweet but don’t think she had any training . Didn’t check for allergies etc. had no idea how to do facial massage. Literally just kneeded my face and rubbed my cheeks. It was so bad I had to ask her to stop rubbing my face so hard. Was advertised as a dermologica facial, only used one dermalogica product, the rest was body shop and generic bottle of ‘cleanser’. Avoid,avoid,avoid

Booked on line for shellac removal, didn’t have to wait long, they removed shellac, filed nails, after they finished I washed my hands and helped myself with hand moisturiser that was next to me, when I asked for water they gave me a bottle. Will be retuning for a polish as it’s closer and cheaper than my usual.
