What the facial included was great but I wasn't happy with the level of cleanliness. I did not see the beautician wash her hands or disinfect the tools. The sponges used were always rinsed in the same water and the towel smelled of damp. I developed a few pimples 3 days after the facial, not great I'm afraid.

The Boss rushed my Nails really poorly done with edges showing at each side of my nail.
I only use this salon for Eyebrows. The nail offer here is poor.

I go here all the time for my nails and love it. I've had a facial there before and it was amazing. Unfortunately I got a different member of staff on this booking and it's wasn't a good experience. I've had many facials over the years and none of them were like this. It was nonstop rubbing at my face for an hour to the point of being uncomfortable. My skin today is like sand paper it's so rough. I genuinely think the girl did not know what she was doing which is a pity as other staff are great
