Not one negative thing to say about the salon or is staff! They're all really professional but still friendly! I felt really relaxed and well looked after. The salon is busy but the vibe is still fairly chilled. I was asked twice if I wanted a cuppa which was nice! Most of all... The mini head massage during hair washing was spot on and my hair looks beautiful! Thank you.

I have been having my hair cut by Carl for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He listens to what I have to say, and isn't a hairdresser who just does what they want. If I only want a trim, a trim it is. If I say 2 inches off its not 4 inches off!! Trusting your hairdresser is very important.

I booked a last-minute wedding hair appointment and arrived feeling stressed and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, the team were so kind and welcoming. Ruby, who is now a qualified Professional Level 2 hairstylist and currently pursuing her Level 3 qualification, is accepting clients. Please be aware that appointments may require extended time and collaboration with a senior stylist. All work is subject to review by a senior stylist during consultation and post-service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NEW CLIENTS:

Prior to scheduling online, please note that a deposit is required to secure all appointments. We will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment and process this deposit. Our cancellation policy mandates a 48-hour notice period; cancellations within this timeframe may incur the full appointment fee. This policy applies to both online and telephone bookings.
