The worst experience ever. They were late, and took only 30 mins to do the pedicure although it says it’s an hour service. My toe was bleeding and they did not disinfect it. At some point they collected tools from the toilet which later were used to do the pedicure. New place with a shocking service.

I booked a £20 acrylic infill with normal polish via Treatwell and confirmed this on arrival. During the appointment, the technician removed three nails (quite painfully) and added 1 extension without explaining any extra cost. At the end, I was charged £35 and told I had gel polish, despite asking for normal. After speaking to the manager, I still paid £30. Pricing online versus in the salon was unclear and inconsistent, which was frustrating.
