BIAB and polish are great. My reason for 4 stars is that, on the advice of staff, I previously accepted having SNS instead. It was doing damage to my nails and so I insisted on swapping this time, but it cost loads to get it swapped and removal hurt.

A reasonable pedicure but my feet were a little sore afterwards so could do with it being a tad more careful in the future. The massage chair also wouldn’t turn off or turn down on intensity, so even my back felt a bit beaten up!

Really like the Nail Lounge. Clean and spacious. The only thing I would say is that you don’t necessarily get the person you book on Treatwell - it all seems a bit random!

Really lovely place. Fresh juice or coffee always offered at no charge. Lots of polish colours to choose from and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

The salon is huge with loads of working stations, however the staff was limited when I visited so I still had to wait for a bit even though I had an appointment. Regardless, the experience was good and staff was kind. My nails were well made although the shape could have been slightly more curated. Quite good experience overall, will be likely coming back :)
