The staff was great but it was not ideal that only after almost an hour of waiting they started doing my nails.

Pedicure was good, but staff member sat in a neighbouring pedi-chair playing endless reels out loud ruined the atmosphere! When he gave up on that, it was scratch cards all round and lots of loud chatter. Perhaps unpack the boxes all over the floor!
