Had a mani/pedi booked. Started almost 20 minutes late.
Only two staff members juggling various clients. Didn’t feel relaxing.
Pedicure was rushed, still had dry/old skin on my heels when I left the studio.

I was actually asked to go to the Leicester Square venue instead which I did. The pedicure was very good, but the space was a bit cramped and the dryer was too big for the bench where I had to rest my feet, so I had to hold them in a pretty uncomfortable position for 30 mins to avoid knocking it off.
