Booked hot stone luxury pedicure, they seemed a bit shocked but I said its ok if they were too busy as I would have been happy to cancel but they filled up the bath and got me to sit in the chair. Asked at that point to make it gel and pay extra, they then decided to tell me hot stone wasn't available and I could swap that for gel. Pedicure was then cold and just standard - so not hot stone or luxury. Understand it was about 15 mins between booking and the appt time but isn't that the point?
