Very friendly service. Hannah was helpful and advised me on bridal nails. She did nail art on my nails, which were lovely however should have put the french manicure tip on the nail with the art, would have looked even better.

Pedicure was ok but manicure, which was done whilst I was sat in pedicure chair, was not very good. Jagged cuticles, uneven nails. Definitely not enough exfoliation on feet. One leg gets hot stones, next leg with warmish stones. With what they said was a small price increase, just not worth it £32 up to £38.
Place is dirty
Edges, radiators, fire extinguishers, every surface covered in dust, in fact dead skin and nail shavings. Feel sick now thinking of it.
So in-fact, very disappointing

The lady who done my nails was very accommodating, if I wanted something done she was very cool about it and very gentle. Overall a great experience as usual.
