Overall, Nailbox is usually great, with friendly owners and a nice atmosphere. However, my recent experience with unfamiliar staff for gel polish was disappointing. The nail artist interrupted my service several times to answer phone calls and book appointments without any apology. Additionally, my nail design looks pretty awful...you can tell there was little energy/thought put into them. Whilst I would still recommend nailbox, the service of these employers should be reviewed.
