Second time getting biab here. Application was much better (different technician), nice and thin and nails looked really good. No cuticle trimming done this time (I was preparing to ask not to trim them), but the technician caught the skin around one of my nails with the file cutting the skin and making it sore for days. Again no apologies or acknowledgement. Again no evidence of cleaning tools. Unfortunately last time I will go to this salon - customer service is very poor.

Aggressive cuticle trimming made them bleed. Biab application was very thick. Overall they looked ok, but wasn’t super happy. After filing nails, trimming cuticles, they just put the tools back in pots on the table - no evidence of cleaning between clients, which is worrying considering they made my cuticles bleed (and didn’t apologise or even acknowledge).
