Very nice staff and experience

My experience was really great but I do think they may over book appointments for how many people are actually working there.
The day I went there was only one therapist but her boss had still booked three appointments within 15 minutes if each other for everyone to have gel manicure and pedicures so it meant the final person had quite a long delay.
I think they’re still quite new so probably working these things out and as I said I had a really good experience.
Gel Nails Manicure
Not the best experience I’ve had! The therapist was nice but she couldn’t manage the workload as she had 3 people to tend to at the same time! That’s not very easy for anyone. A pedicure is a treat and I expect a better service. Careless and not very much attention paid to the painting. Unfortunately I can’t give a good review on this occasion.

Had to wait 40 mins after my scheduled appointment with no apology. The actual nail paint was great, no issues at all and looked fab!! Unfortunately it started chipping within 4 days. Possibly because of the poor nail varnish quality...
