My gel manicure was decent although done very quickly and did not include things I expected such as cuticle cutting and care, or much time spent on nail shaping. Unfortunately there was only one member of staff (not Helen) and he was already attending to somebody else, so my 6.15 appt didn't start until 6.45 and this was only because the other client kindly let me have my treatment midway through hers. There also weren't really any pastel colours to choose from if that's what you're after!

Absolutely terrible place! Avoid at all costs. I was assigned Helen but a gentleman did my nails instead. He barely spoke English, and had no idea what he was doing. My shellac manicure (paid £25) didn’t even stay on for 5 days!!! Complete joke!
