I am a regular and usually love their service. Today, while staff were generally pleasant, my manicurist was incredibly distracted and I don’t feel has done a good enough job. I asked about using the strengthened after the shellac that they usually do, but I was told it was dry and there was no need. My nails are already chipping and I’m leaving for holiday so it’s a bit annoying.
