The Mission Personal Training provides imaginative fitness training in beautiful private studios.

Each client has sole use of a studio for their hour – no distractions, no interruptions – total privacy and 100% attention from their trainer.

We combine creative fitness techniques with activities such as Kickboxing, Ballet, Gymnastics & Mountain Biking, as well as more practical skills like balance, flexibility & co-ordination.

Pre & Post Natal Exercise also available.

If you're looking for something more inspiring than a commercial gym, you'll find our studios a fitness playground... and you have them all to yourself!
