I have had neck and shoulder pains on and off for the last 5 years. Ben was really attentive; listened to where I'm experiencing pain and asked about my lifestyle which could affect it. The massage was really relaxing with soothing music, environment was clean & comfortable. Ben addressed all my areas of pain, enough pressure for it to be not painful but effective. I would definitely recommend him.
