My first treatment with Sam was for a deep tissue massage to address lower back pain. It quickly becomes apparent that you are in the hands of someone who is extremely experienced and knowledgable. Super friendly and relaxing environment. Effectively treated the dull pain I had, whilst also locating the root causes. Followed up appointment with helpful specific exercises for me to continue at home. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and has started seeing Sam every couple of weeks for a massage that focuses on her legs. Sam is really helpful tailoring the session to my daughter’s specific needs and is very knowledgeable about the symptoms associated with Cerebral Palsy. My daughter, who is 11, is made to feel at ease by Sam’s professional but friendly manner and she always comes away from the session more relaxed and feeling good.

I have been a massage therapist since 1997 and also enjoyed a career as a surgical nurse and then a midwife on a high risk unit for a number of years. I spent around 9 years volunteering and caring for children with cerebral palsy and started to use massage as a way to manage associated bowel problems as well as muscle spasticity. I then qualified as a sports therapist later on and now combine my medical and sports knowledge to offer an all round service by someone who actually understands your issues from a physiological point of view as well as therapeutic, and can offer you preventive and rehabilitative measures to help yourself between treatments. I specialise in Women's health and Pregnancy, Trauma and PTSD and Children with Cerebral Palsy. I also offer oncology massage as a certified oncology practitioner, free mole checks and lymphatic drainage. I have also qualified as an aromatherapist and offer IASTM. I am a breathwork instructor I am also an accredited massage trainer and am fully registered and insured. Dip. Nursing, BSc Midwifery, IHBC, IIST, IIHHT, Active IQ Dip., CMA, IPHM, IICT, CThA, MASCED cert. C-IASTM, SAC Dip.Ar., SAC Dip. IHM, FHT Dip.MLD, FHT DIp. Onc, NICABM.cert.
